Each month that you remain a client of Ovation, you pay a Monthly Fee. During any month, if we fail to provide the agreed upon services (as outlined in the Service Agreement provided during the sign up process) to your satisfaction, we will not bill you for that month. Dispute Personal Information (Identity Optimization)

Our Identity Optimization service addresses the need for today's consumer to take proactive steps in order to minimize damages and reduce, or even eliminate, the chances of being victimized by ID fraud.

Dispute Inquires (Identity Optimization)

Inquiries on a credit report can result in a decrease of 2-5 points per inquiry on your credit score. With Identity Optimization, we'll work with you to dispute questionable inquiries that may be impacting your credit score.

Custom Goodwill and Validation Letters (Essentials Plus)

When you sign up for Essentials Plus we will send out an unlimited number of dispute letters to you creditors as well as the credit bureaus. There are two types of creditor letters, Goodwill letters and Validation letters. Goodwill letters are letters that go out to creditors who have reported late payments of up to 120 days. Validation letters are letters that go out to creditors who have reported accounts being over 150 days past due. If the information is proven invalid; it is used to remove the item from the client's credit report.

About Terry D. Cordell - President, Co-Founder

Our company was co-founded by and is currently managed by Terry D. Cordell. As a lawyer, Mr. Cordell brings tremendous insight into consumer credit laws and their application as they relate to our credit repair programs.

Mr. Cordell was awarded a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida, and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of North Florida, and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance, Decision Sciences and Corporate Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.

Mr. Cordell's legal experience is focused in bankruptcy, complex commercial litigation and consumer credit rights. Mr. Cordell has litigated complex bankruptcy issues involving ponzi schemes, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and has managed and/or administered numerous receiverships and bankruptcy estates. Additionally, Mr. Cordell serves as a corporate director, trustee, and a court-appointed personal representative.

Prior to co-founding Ovation, Mr. Cordell's experiences include more than eight years of consulting, financial and operating analysis of distressed corporations, financial and operating analysis in support of mergers and acquisitions, business development, and debt restructuring.

About Charles J. Speranzella - Co-Founder

Mr. Speranzella received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of Maryland in 1981. Mr. Speranzella brings over 23 years experience specializing in corporate law, corporate governance, international corporate transactions, and in directing complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Speranzella was retained by the Board of Directors and a senior secured lending group to operate a $1.5 billion, financially distressed multi-national corporation with over 18,000 employees in fourteen countries. He successfully reorganized the company, guided it through the Chapter 11 process and brought the company out of bankruptcy in December of 2000. Mr. Speranzella serves as a corporate director, trustee, and a court appointed personal representative.

Prior to co-founding Ovation Credit Services, Mr. Speranzella has held senior management and legal positions with major, public, multinational corporations, including Lockheed Martin Corporation, the Lagardere Group, and Breed Technologies, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Speranzella spent seven years as the Supervisor of Data Processing for the credit card operations of Citicorp Financial, Inc.
