Do you have marketing materials?

Online Affiliates can access web banners, logos and other items of creative upon signing-up for the Affiliate program through Commission Junction or Shareasale.com. It will be your responsibility to successfully place banners on your website, although we are here to help you if you are having any difficulties. Custom creative can be provided upon request.

Our Professional Services Affiliates can download printable flyers, web banners, logos and other marketing materials through our Affiliate Management System. Custom creative can be provided upon request.

Will Ovation market to my referrals?

No. We want you to maximize your relationship with us.

How will I be compensated for my referrals?

Our Online Affiliates are automatically paid through Commission Junction or Shareasale.com, respectively.

Our Professional Services Affiliates are paid monthly directly from Ovation on about the 20th of each month.

Terms Of Affiliation

When you join our Online Affiliate Program or our Professional Services Affiliate Program, you'll agree to our terms and conditions during the application process. Credit repair is a highly regulated industry. In order to provide a legally-compliant and fraud-free environment, Ovation requires that all affiliates agree to:

  • Disclose Ovation as the provider of credit report repair services, and disclose Ovation's fees
  • Comply with applicable state law, federal law, and professional responsibilities, if any, at all times
  • Verify and attest that all telephone lists that are used to retain potential consumers will be compliant pursuant to the national "Do Not Call Registry"
  • Verify and attest that all email lists that are used to retain potential consumers will be CAN-SPAM compliant and comply with all state and federal email laws

Ovation requires that all affiliates agree that they will not:

  • Advertise (without prior written approval), resell, or charge any additional fees, other than Ovation's monthly fees, for Ovation's services
  • Package or pair Ovation's services with any other goods or services
  • Make payment for Ovation services on behalf of clients without prior written approval by Ovation
  • Make any promises or guarantees with respect to Ovation's services
  • Execute Ovation's service agreement on any client's behalf
  • Attempt to circumvent any of Ovation's security measures
  • Send commercial e-mail or use downloadable applications to promote Ovation without prior approval from Ovation; Spamming and/or unsolicited e-mail and indiscriminate advertising are not permitted
  • Engage in practices known as link farming, page cloaking or other deceptive practices to manipulate the natural search rankings
  • Portray your or any other website under your control and/or guidance as the Ovation website
  • Make any statement, give counsel or advice to any consumer which is untrue or misleading, or which upon the exercise of reasonable care should be known to be untrue or misleading
  • Make any statement or give advice or counsel to any consumer with the intended effect of which is to alter the consumer's identification, or identity for the purpose of concealing adverse information that is accurate and not obsolete from the consumer's credit history
  • Make or using any untrue or misleading representations of the services provided by Ovation
  • Identify themselves as partnered or affiliated with Ovation
  • Directly or indirectly in any practice or in the course of business to practice in any manner of communication which may constitute fraud, deception or misinformation in the attempt of sale or offer Ovation's services
  • Promote Ovation services via downloadable applications also know as spyware, parasiteware, adware or similar products or services without prior written permission. USING SOFTWARE THAT REDIRECTS TRAFFIC IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
