Program Choices

Ovation offers the most customized credit repair programs available. We are proud to offer two program choices to address your particular credit needs; the Essentials and Essentials Plus. During the sign-up process, you can easily add additional custom services, as well as taking advantage of special discount offers. You can also upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Here is a brief look at each of the programs:

The Essentials Program

The Essentials program covers all the bases for most typical credit report issues and allows you to dispute each item on your credit report that you feel is inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable in any way. This approach combines personalized dispute options, unlimited disputes submitted to all three credit bureaus, a personal case advisor assigned to your case, access to case status and updates 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, our online Dispute Manager to manage your dispute options, our excellent client service, and the ability to cancel at anytime. The Essentials program is $79 for your first work fee and then $39 monthly for the work completed the previous month.

The Essentials Plus Program

The Essentials Plus program packs all the punch of the standard Essentials program but then adds several other cutting-edge components to coordinate a multi-tiered approach best suited to yield superior results sooner than later. Essentials Plus includes unlimited customized validation letters and unlimited customized goodwill letters sent directly to your creditors (excluding public records), to challenge anything on the account that is inaccurate or incomplete to work towards getting the information updated or deleted from your credit reports. Other benefits to the Essentials Plus program are: a Letter of Recommendation from a staff attorney for future credit approvals, PLUS personalized dispute options, unlimited disputes submitted to all three credit bureaus, a professional case advisor, access to case status and updates 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, our online Dispute Manager to manage your dispute options, our excellent client service, and the ability to cancel at anytime. The Essentials Plus program is $79 for your first work fee and then $59 monthly for the work completed the previous month.

Your Credit Report Ratings

Don't understand your credit report? Don't know what the numbers and letters mean under the ratings section. Let us help you understand your credit report a little better. Below are the numbers used to rate an account and the "R" before the number means that it is a Revolving account.

  • R0 - Too new to rate. Approved but not used
  • R1 - Paying as agreed
  • R2 - 30 days late: Late more than 30 days, but less than 60
  • R3 - 60 days late: Late more than 60 days, but less than 90
  • R4 - 90 days late: Late more than 90 days, but less than 120
  • R5 - 120 days late, but is not yet rated collections
  • R6 - 150 days late, but is not yet rated collections
  • R7 - 180 days late, Paid through a debt management or credit counseling program
  • R8 - Over 180 days late, Repossession
  • R9 - Bad debt: Collection, Charge Off, Bankruptcy, Included in Bankruptcy, Judgment, Lien, Foreclosure

Each item on your credit report carries a corresponding rating number that summarizes your account status.

  • R - Revolving Account - A credit account that is charged and once paid can be used over and over. A revolving balance.
